Happy New Year!!

Hi Students of much happiness! Mrs. Shore and I hope you had a most adventurous Holiday Season. We can't wait to see you when school gets started again. When you get back we are going to start a new story in reading and begin subtraction with regrouping in math. We have approximately 9 more days of school until we begin the next six-week grading period. I hope you all got some fantastic books over the Holiday and have been reading. (I have to admit, I read all of the Twilight Series books. It was about 2400 pages of non-stop excitement).

Remember, one of our main objecives in third grade is to increase reading fluency and comprehension. Keep on reading every single night and don't forget to have your parent(s) sign your reading log.
